About You


You are a leader people naturally gravitate toward, steady, thoughtful, and values‑driven with the confidence to hold standards and make decisions.


You bring:


  • Candidate must have EEC DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION 
  • Proven experience leading an early learning service
  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
  • A deep commitment to child and cultural safety
  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate/Fluent in Spanish or another language (preferred but not required)
  • You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, people and performance.
